From our office in Mauritius, we assist individuals in the UK by managing their financial recovery process, handling paperwork, and communicating with creditors, debtors, solicitors and other parties over phone or email to find the best solution for their situation.

Statutory Area Roles

As an Insolvency Advisor in the Creditor Services Team, you’ll:

  • Handle and resolve creditor queries via email and phone.
  • Review, process, and ensure accuracy of creditor claims and payments.
  • Investigate financial discrepancies and resolve disputes.
  • Keep clear records and update internal systems accurately.

As an Insolvency Advisor in the Supervision Team, you’ll:

  • Send annual reports to customers and creditors on time.
  • Help customers with changes in their debt arrangements.
  • Manage legal restrictions on properties tied to debt plans.
  • Professionally respond to calls and emails from stakeholders.

As an Insolvency Advisor in the Closures Team, you’ll:

  • Finalise cases by ensuring all checks are completed.
  • Calculate and process final settlements and dividend payments.
  • Handle creditor claims and customer refunds with precision.
  • Update systems and issue closure certificates.

As an Insolvency Advisor in the Carrington Dean Team, you’ll:

  • Provide the initial contact for all our Scottish debt customers.
  • Respond to queries via phone and email in a timely, professional way.
  • Submit official documents and liaise with relevant stakeholders.
  • Process case changes, terminations, or completions.

Who Should Apply?

We’re open to fresh talent and experienced professionals alike. You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • A Higher School Certificate (HSC)
  • A Diploma or Degree (fields like Business, Finance, Communications are a bonus, but not essential)
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in financial services, debt recovery, or customer service (email/phone) – beneficial, but not required

What Skills Do You Need?

You don’t need to be an expert in insolvency to join us — full training is provided. What matters most is your mindset, attention to detail, and comfort working with people and numbers.

We’re looking for individuals who can bring:

  • High proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Sharp attention to detail and sound judgment
  • Ability to work with numbers and calculations
  • Empathy and critical thinking
  • Excellent time management and team collaboration
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and accurate data entry
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Thrive in a target-driven and call-based environment

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday:9:00am – 5:30pm (Normal Shift)
  • Late Shift (after confirmation):11:00am – 7:30pm or 12:00pm – 8:30pm (dependant on role)
